Apple TV4 (tvOS 10.0)
After upgrade to iOS 10, Apple TV remote app will show disconnect when the Apple TV4 in sleep mode. After reboot the Apple TV4, I can reconnect it. But the problem just on Apple TV4 and no problem on Apple TV3.

Try removing the Apple TV 4 from the device list and then set it up again.

I follow your instruction to remove the device and add it again, it seem like to normal, but when I put the Apple TV4 in sleep mode, after a few minutes, my iPhone6 show disconnected again?
Is your Apple TV set up with DHCP or a fixed IP address? DHCP seems to be more reliable. Try resetting your router.

Does it show it as disconnected immediately it goes to sleep or does it take a while.
